Print Choices

The Print Choices Feature allows you to print all CPS Fields along with their current values, or allows you to create a custom printout by selecting only desired CPS Windows/Nodes for printing. Creating custom print templates allows you to even further narrow your printouts down to specifically needed Pages and Fields for specific Windows/Nodes. These custom printing templates can also be saved as files for future use.

Printing CPS Field Value Reports by Window/CPS Node:

Select the "Features" radio button at the top.
Click the "Select All" button to select/highlight the entire list CPS Window/Nodes for printing.
Click on any individual CPS Window/Node to select or unselect for printing.
Once the appropriate Windows/Nodes are selected, click the "Print Preview" to launch the Report Viewer window.
From the Report Viewer window select to print the report, or even save the report to an *. XPS file (selected from the "File" menu).

Creating Custom Print Templates:

Select the "Templates" radio button at the top.
Then select the "Create Template" button to launch the Select "Template" Print Items window.
